\n\n# Introducing Aptos Grant DAO Long-term Funding Program\n\nFrom Nov 7th, 2022, DoraHacks launched its long-term funding program for early Aptos BUIDLers - **Aptos Grant DAO**! The program looks forward to the brightest minds of all tracks to enrich the Aptos ecosystem and get funded. Judging and grant-giving will happen periodically, and in the 4th judging round, the grant pool will be **4000 APT as BUIDLer Grants plus 2000 APT as extra community quadratic pool!**\n\nMeanwhile, Aptos Grant DAO will also be a part of **DoraHacks’ long-term program funding BUIDLers in various** blockchain ecosystems, as DoraHacks’ innovation to empower the everlasting hacker movement. \n\n# Timeline\n\n- **Project Submission:** The portal is open long-term. Projects submitted by August 13th will enter this judging and funding round\n- **Judging[Round 4]**: August 14th ~ August 20th (results announced on August 20th)\n- **Project demo**: August 7th to August 13th\n- **Community Voting [4th Round]**: August 20th to August 31st\n- **Grace Period for Anti-Sybil Attack Check: September 1st to September 3rd**\n- **Result Announcement: September 4th**\n\nAptos Grant DAO Long-term Funding Program will ***always be open for application***, but do note that application review and fund distribution will only happen periodically in sequential rounds.\n\n\n# Eligibility\n\n1- Your project must be running on the **Aptos blockchain (testnet/devnet/mainnet).** \n\n2- You must submit a project with its Github repo. \n\n3- Your project must be original. \n\n4- Your project have not raised Round A funding. \n\n# How to Apply\n\n1- Submit project information\n\n**After submission, please pin @dorahacksofficial on Telegram** to verify that you’re the project owner. \n \n2- After judging, selected projects will be visible at **Grant BUIDLs** to receive votes from the community. \n\n3- Entry to Aptos Grant DAO Long-term Funding Program will be ***always open for application***, but application review and fund distribution will happen periodically in sequential rounds. The second round goes from Jan 13th to Feb 17th, 2023. \n\n# Round 3 Tracks\n\n**Defi** \n\nANY decentralized, compatible and legit financial products on Aptos. \n\n**Infra/Tooling**\n\nANY Infrastructure and tools that can strengthen Aptos’ current stack, Dapp development and user experience. \n\n**DAO/Community**\n\nANY DAO/Community infrastructure and application including DAO building schemes, tooling, governance, voting mechanism, etc..\n\n**NFT / Gaming**\n\nANY NFT/Gaming-centered projects and innovative ideas. \n\n**Move Native**\n\nANY works based on native MOVE applications or theories contributing to MOVE\n\n# Judging Criteria\n\n**Judges will score considering the following aspects:**\n\n- Aptos Alignment\n- Level of Public Goods\n- Business model\n- Innovation\n- Technicality\n- Research and Application of cutting-edge blockchain/cryptology theories. \n\n# Grants and Quadratic Funding\n\n**Distribution Rules:** Applicants can apply and enter the Grantee shortlist. Prior to the distribution of the grant, all Grantee candidate projects must provide proof deployed on the Aptos chain and pass the authenticity verification. Otherwise, the grant will not be issued.\n\n
\n\n### Grant Allocation:\n\n
\n\n**Builder's Grants - Fixed Grant Portion**\n\nTotal of 4000 APT (including directed bonuses)\n\nAll Grantees will be divided into four tiers to receive the Grant as follows:\n- Tier 1: 300 APT\n- Tier 2: 200 APT\n- Tier 3: 100 APT\n\nDirected Builder Grant: 500 APT\n\nThere is no limit to the number of grantees, and the grant cap is set at 4000 APT. If there are remaining grant amounts due to insufficient projects to distribute grants, the remaining grant funds will be carried over to the next grant pool.\n\n**QF pool - Total of 2000 APT**\n\nAmong the projects that receive the Grant, those in Tier 1, Tier 2, and those who receive the Directed Grant will enter the QF community voting phase. The total allocation in the Grant ratio pool is 2000 APT.\n\n*Due diligence will be conducted on the eligibility of every round grantee from Aptos Grant DAO.
